Description

Position Introduction

The Department of Business and Economics at Saint Mary’s College invites applications for a full-time lecturer position in Marketing. The start date is flexible; either August 2024 or January 2025.

Job Description  

Excellence in, and a commitment to, teaching is essential. Ability to teach the following courses in the Marketing Major: Principles of Marketing, Advertising and Promotions, and Digital Marketing.  Ability to teach upper level electives in the major is a plus, including: Social Media Marketing, Supply Chain Marketing, Brand Management, Sales Management & Professional Selling, or Artificial Intelligence Marketing. The teaching load is 4-3 and the position also requires full participation in service to the department and College.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Preference given to applicants with knowledge of contemporary marketing strategies and relevant industry experience clearly linked to marketing.
