School Overview

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania enrolls approximately 10,000 students in graduate and undergraduate programs. The university is located in the borough of Kutztown in a charming rural setting, and is within 20 minutes driving time of Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading. It is also within 60 minutes driving time of the Philadelphia metropolitian area and 90 minutes driving time of New York City.

About half of the students live in residential halls on campus; the remainder live in nearby apartments or at home. A well rounded program of athletic, cultural, and social events and activites satisfies nearly every taste.

Kutztown University is a member of the Pennsylvalnia Higher System of Education and is accredited by the Middlestates Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. The University employs 330 full time faculty and boasts a favorable faculty student ratio of 20:1.

The College of Business Administration (CBA)employs @ 40 tenure track faculty; 26 of whom are in the Department of Business Administration. Currently in pre-candidacy for AACSB accreditation, the energetic faculty seeks colleauges who are dedicated teachers with a focused research agenda.
