School Overview

At the core of any outstanding business school in an outstanding faculty, and the members of the faculty of the University of Miami School of Business Administration are second to none. Educated at some of the world’s finest academic institutions, they are recognized worldwide for their teaching and cutting-edge research, which drives business changes and shapes public policy.

These professors are specialists in their fields including international business, entrepreneurship, commercial real estate, economics, marketing, management, management science, finance, health sector managment and policy business technology, accounting and business law.

Over the past several years, more than 35 faculty members have joined the School from institutions around the world, including Carnegie Mellon, Duke, IE Business School, Michigan, Northwestern, NYU, Penn, Stanford and Yale in the U.S.; CEIBS in China; IE in Spain; and the University of Toronto in Canada.
Our faculty members currently hold a total of 58 academic journal editorial board seats.
